3. Sharing your data with third parties

In order to carry out our recruitment operations, we may in certain cases share your data with third parties, in particular technical or commercial partners. We will only share your data with partners who provide sufficient guarantees that they have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of your rights and data.

These third parties are :

  • In order to carry out the recruitment operation, we share with our subcontractors only the data necessary for the subcontracted processing ;

It is stored in France, but may also be transferred and stored outside the European Union (“EU”) and the European Economic Area (“EEA”) in connection with services provided by our subcontractors. To ensure the security of your data, we implement legal, technical and organizational security measures in compliance with regulations. We only use subcontractors whose technical and organizational security measures are in line with those required by law.

At FEEDGY, we are committed to ensuring that your rights under data protection legislation are guaranteed. This is why we are committed to allowing you to exercise the rights mentioned below.

  • Right of access to your Personal Data – You have the right to be informed whether your Personal Data is processed by FEEDGY and its partners ;
